24 year old James D. Garbison II is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond following the service of a search warrant at 801 West Adams Street in Plymouth on Friday morning. Garbison was arrested for possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance, neglect of a dependent endangering life or health, possession of paraphernalia used to enhance, conspiracy to commit dealing and possession of marijuana.
Also arrested were 45 year old James D. Garbison and 48 year old Donna M. Garbison. They were booked into the county jail at 10:20Friday morning with charges of possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia used to enhance, neglect of a dependent endangering life or health, and possession of marijuana.
They were each held on $1505 cash bonds. Initial court dates for all three were set for October 21st in Marshall Superior Court II.
