Jerry Scottof Gibson has been promoted to Director of Operations. He is responsible for creating and driving operational initiatives across the company and building the talent capacity for future growth. His goal is to bring out the best in team performance through employee training and development, identifying and growing leaders, and optimizing process flow.
Brian Kubicki has joined Gibson as in-house General Counsel. He is also a Client Executive specializing in education and public entities where he will work with clients and their legal advisors to identify, quantify, and clarify strategic, business, and hazard risks.
Prior to joining Gibson, Brian was a private-practice attorney and a law-firm partner counseling schools, public entities, and private business clients about a wide range of legal issues, including litigation matters and transactional projects. He has experience with analyzing, drafting, and negotiating contracts; handling employment issues, including lawsuits and labor disputes; reviewing insurance contracts and managing insurance-coverage disputes; and advising clients about proper corporate governance and legal risks before they make business decisions.
Janet Pang has joined Gibson as a Service Specialist in Administration. Her responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to all Agency departments with project, event coordination and general assistance.
