Tuesday evening Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser was at the Plymouth Police Department and 19 year old Billy Jack James Gross of Plymouth arrived at the PD. Gross was placed in custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for an active warrant for theft. He was held on a $1,505 cash bond.
