01/08/14  On Friday, January 3rd Marshall County Coroner Bill Cleavenger appointed Bridget Hite of Plymouth as Chief Deputy Coroner effective immediately. She has been a Deputy Coroner and is certified as a Medical and Legal Death Investigator in Indiana.

Bridget Hite has been a police officer for 18 years and has served approximately 13 years  as an officer working at the Plymouth Police Department as her full time employment.  Hite also works part-time for the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office as well as being a certified Deputy Coroner for Marshall County.

She is active as the Chairperson for the Marshall County Local Coordinating Committee, Secretary for Plymouth FOP Lodge 195, a member of the Marshall County Child Fatality Team and 12 years ago started and is actively heading the Boots for Bus Stop program.

 

Bridget Hite is married to Stan Hite and has 4 step-daughters.  She is currently a student at Indiana Wesleyan where she will soon graduate from.
