Information is provided 24 hours a day, over the phone, through the internet or by email. Indiana VINE also has live operators available to assist callers.

The VINE toll-free number for the Indiana VINE system is (866) 959-8463. This service is provided to assist victims of crime who have a right to know about their offender’s custody status.
