The Indiana State Police had been conducting an investigation into methamphetamine activity in the Plymouth area.  As a result of that investigation arrest warrants had been issued for Bobbie Toler out of Marshall County for manufacturing methamphetamines along with LaPorte County for possession of precursors.  Officers with the Indiana State Police went to her residence at 7474 Rose Road in Plymouth Wednesday morning to serve the warrants.

 

Bobbie Toler was outside the residence and fled from Troopers into the residence.  After making entry into the residence Bobbie Toler continued to resist arrested and was finally taken into custody.

 

Upon further investigation, methamphetamines along with meth lab items were located at the scene.  Bobbie Toler was transported to the Marshall County Jail for the outstanding warrants along with new charges of Manufacturing methamphetamines, possession of methamphetamines, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia, and resisting law enforcement. 

Two other subjects were residing at the residence, but were not at the scene.  All information from this investigation will be forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s office for possible further charges.
