Mr. Rob Patterson, Zone Manager-Chevrolet, Indiana Zone-North Central Region, congratulates Jennifer D. Martin on becoming the new Dealer Principal at Country Chevrolet-Cadillac. Jennifer has worked in the dealership in various positions since 1997, starting in Customer Relations, outlining processes to achieve and maintain outstanding customer service in sales and after sales.
Since 2007, she has been focused on the service and parts departments in their daily and long term success and operation. She has performed as Service and Parts Director to date. The move to Dealer Principal is the next step as Jennifer is heading the dealership as a woman minority and as an American Indian minority. She is a member of the Adai-Caddo tribe of central Louisiana. She and her husband, Joe Martin, Jr. have had the dealership together for over 20 years in the Plymouth community. Joe will continue to maintain a strong presence in the dealership in the role of Executive Manager. Joe and Jennifer see this change as an opportunity to provide the community with more Chevrolet-Cadillac product while still maintaining the hometown quality of their dealership.
