Handcuffs-newThursday morning Matthew Brown with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department observed a white, Chevy SUV traveling westbound on Lincoln Highway on the city’s east side. The vehicle sped into Plymouth and briefly alluded police. After a search of the area by multiple officers, a resident on Pennsylvania Avenue phoned into to Police saying there was a white SUV in their driveway.

When the officers stopped at the residence it was learned that the driver, Cristian U. Jimenez did not reside at the residence. He was arrested at 9 a.m. for resisting law enforcement, reckless driving and operating without ever receiving a valid license and held on a $1,505 cash bond.
