Operating While Intoxicated, Failure to Appear and Battery top the list of July offenses for being booked into the Marshall County Jail. Taking a look at the remaining top 10 reasons you find Operator Never Licensed, Theft and Driving While Suspended. Rounding out the top ten is Marijuana, Probation Violations, Civil, and Holds for other Agencies.
A total of 148 people were booked into the Marshall County Jail last month. Argos Police only booked 1 person in while Bourbon PD had 5 and Bremen Police had a total of 15. The Culver Police Department booked 2 into the county jail while Indiana State Police Troopers booked in 6. Rounding out the booking was Plymouth with 49 and County officer with 59.
County Police Officers responded to 54 accidents with 39 being property damage and 15 involving personal injury. Officer wrote 86 case reports and issued 116 citations in July.
