Saturday morning about 12:30 County Police Officers Jonathon Bryant and Les McFarland responded to a personal injury accident at Union and 5th Roads. During the investigation of the crash it was discovered that one of the drivers, 44 year old Raymond Higdon of Knox was operating a pick-up truck on a suspended driver’s license with a prior charge. He was taken into custody and held in the county jail on a $1,500 cash bond
