Miller's_cardsHelen Bick of Plymouth who is well-known for her beautiful, hand-crafted cards leads card-making classes on the first Monday of each month at Miller’s Senior Living Community. Her Monday class is dedicated to cards that are glued and decorated with pre-cut card stock pieces.
She also teaches embroidery stitching cards every – other month at Miller’s. The embroidery class is on the second or third Tuesday of the month. These classes are not only for Miller’s residents. The classes are open to the public. The classes are not only for women either. Men are finding that they enjoy the card crafting classes just as much as the ladies do!
The classes are always published in Miller’s monthly tri-fold. If you would like to be on Miller’s mailing list or for more information about the card crafting classes at Miller’s call 574-936-9801 and ask for Anna Corbett or Cindy Flagg. The next card stock piecing class is scheduled for Monday, August 4th at 2:00 p.m. The next embroidery class will be held Tuesday, August 19th at 1:00 p.m. Card class tuition fee is $5.00 per person to be paid the day of the class. RSVP by calling Miller’s. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
