Wednesday night just before midnight Plymouth Police Officer Tim Taberski was dispatched by 9-1-1 to the Economy Inn at 2535 North Michigan Street. The dispatch was for 54 year old Darwin M. Linderman who was beating on the caller’s door.
When Officer Taberski arrived on the scene he located Mr. Linderman on the south side of the motel. He was intoxicated and placed under arrest for public intoxication, domestic battery and strangulation.
Mr. Linderman was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond.
