04/24/14 WTCA is awaiting complete details from the Marshall County Drug Task Force raid at the Phillips 66 in LaPaz on Wednesday.
Just before noon members of the Drug Task Force raided the gas station convenience store at the intersection of US 6 and US 31 looking for synthetic marijuana.
Indiana State Police were on hand to assist the Drug Task Force with the raid.
There is an ongoing investigation but the owner of the gas station, 39 year old Attindertal Khalsa was booked into the Marshall County Jail for possession of a synthetic drug. He is being held with no bond.
