Tuesday evening just before 8 Plymouth Police officers were dispatched to Centennial Park for a possible fight.
Officer Shanna Gilmer responded and located 22 year old Richard R. Coleman who resides in the Economy Inn. Coleman was arrested for possession of a firearm without a permit. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1505 cash bond and given a September 2 date for his initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
