Plymouth Color Logo2014Closing 2014 was on the agenda for the Plymouth Common Council meeting Monday night.

Mayor Mark Senter had a number of appointments to various boards and commissions.  Laura Mann was reappointed to the Plymouth Park Board.  Current park board member Sally Greenlee, who is a democrat, resigned her position two years early due to medial issues.  The mayor appointed Robert Listenberger to fill her seat noting that he will resign from a part-time employee at the park department.

Phil Bockman was reappointed to the Board of Aviation Commission and Jim Sherwood was reappointed to the Plymouth Plan Commission.

City councilman Shawn Grobe has been the council’s appointment to the Urban Forestry and Flower Committee, he asked to be replaced and councilman Mike Delp volunteered for the seat and the council approved the appointment.  The mayor’s reappointments to the Urban Forestry and Flower Committee for 2-year terms are Luke Felde, Dan Shuppert, Mike Woolfington and Marianne Peters.

Three members of the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission are appointed by the Mayor for 1-year terms.  They are all being reappointed, Dan Tyree, Tom Pedavoli and Nancy Felde.  The non-voting school board member, Melissa Christiansen has a two year appointment which is up at the end of this year.  Christiansen was also reappointed.

The Plymouth Common Council approved the Mayor’s appointments.
