Tuesday night just before 10 Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre was on routine patrol and observed 27 year old Chris McDonald near the intersection of Walnut and Washington Streets. Knowing that there was a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear fines and cost the officer was able to take him into custody without incident.
Christopher McDonald was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a cash bond of $198.
