Sunday morning at 9:22 Officer Matthew Emenhiser conducted a traffic stop on 37 year old Francisca Mendoza of Plymouth at the intersection of Pilgrim Lane and Western Avenue. Through his investigation it was found that Mendoza was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Mendoza was released later that day after posting a $255 cash bond and was issued a September 23rd Superior Court II date.
