03/03/14 Argos Police Chief Rodney Rudd confirmed that a packet of meth was located in the Argos BP Convenience Store Friday evening.
Rumors had circulated that the meth was taped to the back of a candy bar. Chief Rudd said, “It was not found taped to a candy bar. It was located on the floor, and more than likely fell out of someone’s pocket.”
A field test was conducted and it did test positive for Meth.
The Argos Police Department has no suspects at this time.
