04/30/14 The Plymouth Fire Department responded to the corner of 13th and Queen Road Tuesday afternoon just after 4 for a shed fire.

The homeowner has an outdoor wood burning heating unit with a shed next to it to store his wood in.  Apparently while stoking the unit with new wood the high winds must have blown some hot cinders on to the wood pile and that ignited.

Plymouth Fire Chief Rod Miller said there was only minor damage to the structure and some of the wood in the pile was burned.

There were no injuries reported.
