Two people from Mishawaka were arrested on Tuesday for drugs.
Plymouth Police Officer John Weir arrested 21 year old Katie Smith-Beavers and 21 year old David Beavers just after 9 p.m. in the 300 block of East Jefferson Street.
Officer Weir was on routine patrol and stopped the vehicle the Beavers were in. They were in possession of $900 worth of “Roxies” a scheduled II narcotic that they were coming to sell to a person in town.
Both were taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County jail for Dealing in a scheduled controlled substance with intent to deliver. They are being held in the jail with no bond.
