02/17/14 The Plymouth High School Athletic Department nominated Jennifer Houin and Jessica Oliver from Oliver Ford for the National Federation High School Spirit of Sport Award through the IHSAA. This award seeks to recognize those individuals who exemplify the ideals of the positive spirit of sport that represent the core mission of education based athletics.
Roy Benge, PHS Athletic Director, and John Barron, Head Football Coach, nominated these two Plymouth Alums for the outstanding work they both do for Ounce of Prevention, Inc. These two ladies have brought volunteerism to a new level and are to be commended by the Plymouth community.
