Emergency responders were dispatched to a two vehicle crash on US 30 at Plymouth Goshen Trail Wednesday morning at 11:41.
The accident occurred when 39 year old Stephanie Lakins of Bremen attempted to cross the westbound lanes of US 30 headed north in a white, 2008, Mercury Milan. She pulled into the path of a gray, 2008, Chevy Impala driven by 69 year old Bonnie Susits of Argos.
County Officer Joe Giordano investigated the crash were airbags in both vehicles were deployed. Both drivers complained of pain but sustained no serious injuries.
Traffic in the west bound lanes was slowed and stopped at some times.
Officer Giordano was assisted at the scene by other county officers, Plymouth Fire, EMS and Police.
