Thursday evening Marshall County Police responded to a three vehicle accident at 9:52 on 9th Road west of Sycamore Road.
County Officer Rob Hafke was the investigation officer and reported that 26 year old Brittany Orr of Grovertown was east bound on 9th Road in a 2007 Chrysler. She was being followed by a 2005 Chrysler being driven by 26 year old Brittany Roxey of Knox. As they approached a hill Roxey attempted to pass, in a no passing zone and collided head on with a 2009 Jeep Wrangler driven by 51 year old David Holdread of Knox.
Brittany Roxey was airlifted from the scene with obvious leg trauma and other injuries and flown to Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
David Holdread was transported to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth for injuries to his hand and leg.
Brittany Orr complained of neck pain but refused treatment.
