Officers Bryant and Giordano made entry by force into the residence and located 36 year old Tony Clemons and 21 year old Brandy Gayheart both of who reside in the rear bedroom. Both were then taken into custody for manufacturing, dealing and or delivering methamphetamine.
A search of the property revealed several forms of precursors and active parts of Meth Labs as well as trace amounts of Meth and evidence of dealing. Then Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab team assisted on the scene and took possession of hazardous materials. Officers were also assisted by the Starke County Sheriff’s Department.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
