On Friday, April 25th, the Plymouth High School Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble attended the annual ISSMA Organizational Contest hosted by Concord High School.

Both bands set personal records receiving nearly flawless perfect scores from all of the judges.   Both bands also received tremendously positive feedback from the judging panels.

Both bands earned the Gold Award rating for their performances.  They Symphonic Band additionally earned a Gold Award in the sight-reading division after their concert performance.

With these awards, the band program has now qualified for their 11th consecutive “All-Music Award” from the state music association for receiving Gold Awards in marching band, jazz band, concert band, and state solo and ensemble competition.
