Handcuffs-newAt 7:26 A.M. on Thursday, November 14th Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a white Cadillac at Harrison Street and 5th Street for having no tail lights or a license plate. During the course of the investigation it was found that 36 year old Jesus Santiago Orozco of Plymouth had never received a driver’s license.

Mr. Orozco was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed and booked on a $255 bond. He was released later that day after posting bond and was issued a December 9th Superior II court date.
