Corporal Bridget Hite with the Plymouth Police Department investigated a reported battery on Monday, November 17th at the Red Rock Inn.
Officer Hite responded to room 126 and learned that a 16 year old male subject was accusing 33 year old Joseph V. Manfred of the battery. Manfred had left the scene before police arrived.
Officer Hite was able to locate the suspect at the Red Rock Inn and arrested him on Thursday, November 20th. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on at $1,505 cash bond with an initial court hearing of December 16th in Superior Court II.
