03/24/14 Thursday night just after 10, Officer Ben McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department pulled a vehicle over for expired license plates on South Michigan Street at Jackson Heights.
During a check of the driving information it was learned that the driver of the vehicle, 29 year old Uriah Griffin of Holloway Drive had a suspended with a prior conviction for driving suspended.
Mr. Griffin was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
