04/16/14  Plymouth Police Chief Dave Bacon presented the March activity report during Monday night’s Board of Public Works and Safety meeting.  Calls for information and complaints topped the March report with 790 calls for information and 198 complaints.  City officers conducted 347 traffic stops last month and responded to 141 9-1-1 calls.

Plymouth Police wrote 121 case reports, issued 213 citations, assisted other agencies 46 times and made 38 arrests in March.  Officers investigated 25 accidents, responded to 50 alarms, signed 38 adult charges, and handled 33 animal complaints. The city’s K-9, Jax was used 30 times last month.

During the month of March City Officers also conducted 326 residential security checks along with 34 vehicle checks.
