Plymouth Community Schools06/30/14 The Plymouth School Board will meet for a regular meeting on July 1 at 7:00 P.M. Meeting are open to the public; however, comments from the audience are limited to agenda items.

Several of the agenda items under Business Transactions are approved annually including: Permission to apply for grants, consider selection of newspaper for legal advertising, and agreement for residential services.

The Board will also consider an application to the Marshall County Community Foundation for the Lincoln Junior High Robotics Club and the 1st reading of the Administrative Guidelines Manuals and handbooks including the Plymouth Community School Corporation Handbook will be considered.

Employees are asked to sign a statement acknowledging that they received the employee handbook. The handbook covers mission statement and core values diversity, employment, workplace safety workplace expectations, compensation, time off/leaves of absence and benefits. Additional information included spells out teacher evaluation and development plans.

During the Consent Agenda portion of the meeting, the Board will consider non-resident student admissions for the 2014-2015 school year. Students from out of the school district may apply for admission; however, admission must be approved by the superintendent, building principal and the school board.
