Friday afternoon Sergeant Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department investigated a complaint at 301 North Michigan Street, People’s Drug Store. 19 year old Kaylee Ciesielski of Plymouth was arrested for theft and booked into the Marshall County Jail.
