08/06/14 On Saturday, August 2nd at 7:15 P.M. Deputy Matt Brown with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to State Road 10 and Oak Road in reference to a one vehicle roll-over accident.
Arriving on the scene, the driver of the Chevy Malibu, 17 year old Osman J Solis of Plymouth stated he was traveling south on State Road 10 approaching the curve at Oak Road. As he negotiated the curve he
lost control of the vehicle rolling it into an embankment on the south side of the roadway. The vehicle came to rest on its roof. Solis was treated at the scene for head and neck pain and transported to the hospital by his parents.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department were assisted at the scene by Argos EMS and Fire.
