PHSBand_StayPositive2014Eric Day, PHS alumni and founder of the “Stay Positive” campaign, came to a band camp rehearsal this week and spoke to the entire marching band about his story and how the “Stay Positive” foundation began.

This is the second season the “Pride of Plymouth” has used these shirts to remind the entire program that a positive attitude can drastically change the outcome of a season’s work. Every member of the leadership team in the band will wear these shirts to all Monday evening rehearsals to remind themselves and their peers of the importance on focusing on the positive side of everything the band does in rehearsals.

All proceeds for the “Stay Positive” foundation go directly to Jill’s House serving families in need. Anyone interested in obtaining a “Stay Positive” t-shirt or bracelet can contact the PHS band office.
