TIF DistrictPlymouth Clerk Treasurer Toni Hutchings presented members of the Redevelopment Commission with the Report of Redevelopment Commission during their meeting last week. The report will be provided to Common Council members prior to October 1st. The report shows revenues received during 2013 and expenses paid including fund balances.
TIF District 1 which is along US 30 and Oak Road had revenues of $196,935.68 during 2013 and the expenses paid were $1,204,636.68 leaving a balance of $3,163,472.12.
TIF District II which includes a good portion of East Jefferson Street, the central downtown business district and River Park Square has revenues of $315,732.91 and expenses of $1,901,587.84. The park’s bond is in this fund and has an outstanding balance of $1,475,000 at the end of 2013.
TIF District III is along US 30 and Pine Road. The revenues received in 2013 were $666,439 with expenses paid of $200,435.64 and a fund balance at the end of last year of $1,742,305.17. This district also has a bond issue that has an outstanding balance of $606.000.
