Plymouth City Clerk Treasure Toni Hutchings was honored for her years of service to the city at a retirement party Tuesday afternoon.
City department heads, city employees, friend, family members other elected officials and may business acquaintances attended the event at the conference room of the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
Mayor Mark Senter presented Hutchings with the key to the city and said, “In recognition and sincere appreciation of many years of distinguished service and leadership, this key to the City of Plymouth, Indiana is presented to Toni L. Hutchings September 30, 2014.
