At 4:49 A.M. on Tuesday, July 15th Bremen police officers were called to NISCO factory at 501 High Road for a fight. Arriving on scene, officers met with management, the victim and suspect. After an investigation it was determined that 25 year old Jacob Weese of Rochester initiated a fight with the 21 year old victim who is also employed by NISCO. During the investigation it was learned that the victim was battered and strangled. Weese was arrested and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond for Battery by Means of Strangulation, Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
