12/31/14 At 3:25 Saturday morning Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper initiated a traffic stop on 25 year old Jennifer J. Kaser of Plymouth. The traffic stop was on North Oak Road just south of Pidco Street. During the traffic stop it was found that Kaser was operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was also found to be illegally in possession of a legend drug.
Jennifer Kaser was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond. She bonded out later in the day on Saturday and was issued a January 6th Superior Court II date for her initial hearing.
Later Saturday night at 10:39 Officer Stamper arrested 41 year old Patricia A. Justice of Plymouth during a traffic stop on West Madison Street. After finding out that Justice had an active warrant through Marshall County she was transported and lodged at the County Jail and held without bond.
