GOLF

At the Laville freshmen sophomore invitational Plymouth took home first place honors with a 354 on a warm and windy day at Swan Lake’s silver course.  In their opening match to the season the Pilgrims carded four players in the top eight overall spots.

Freshman Micah Calhoun took home medalist honors with an 81.

Personal best rounds were also turned in by sophomore Curtis Smith 89 and sophomore Rick Cooper 90. Eight of our ten players were playing in their first high school match.

Both JV squads are back in action next Saturday at the Rochester JV invitational.

The Plymouth Varsity opens their season next Saturday when they travel to Maplecrest CC for the Goshen Invitational.

 

JV SOFTBALL

Plymouth lost to Laporte 13-0.

Zoe Keilman pitched allowing 4 hits, 9 walks, and 8 strikeouts. Keilman had a hit on offense and Jenna Wood had 2 hits in the game for Plymouth.
