The September male and female Scholar Athletes of the Month were announced during Friday night’s football game at Plymouth High School.
The PHS male Scholar Athlete for the month of September is Drew Gerard, son of Greg and Amy Gerard. Drew is 13th in his class with a 4.248 GPA. He is a member of the Student Council, National Honor Society, Prayer Club and Interact Club. Drew is currently on the soccer team. Drew’s future plans are to attend college to study pre-med.
The female PHS Scholar Athlete for the month of September is Haley Harrell, daughter of Steve and Julie Harrell. Haley is 5th in her class with a 4.325 GPA. She is President of the senior class, President of Varsity Club, a member of LEAD Club, Key Club, Pep Club, Sunshine Society, Future Teachers of America, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and National Honor Society. Haley’s future plans are to attend college and major in business.
