WTCA has reporters on the scene of a sever crash between a semi and a passenger vehicle. Plymouth Fire and EMS and County Police are on the scene. The crash site is in the median between the north and south bound traffic. All four lanes of US 31 are shut down so the helicopter can land at the scene. Stay tuned for more details.
