On Monday, August 25th at 2:26 A.M. Officer Paul Stamper with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 22 year old Paul Sidall III of Plymouth for operating a vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $505 bond.
