MugShot_Ashley Turner06/30/14 On Wednesday, June 25th at approximately 11:35 PM an officer with the Marshall County Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 31 near the intersection of 1st Road.

During the investigation marijuana, a substance believed to be methamphetamine and a controlled substance were located. The driver, identified as 27 year old Ashley Turner of South Bend was believed to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Turner was booked into the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $3,000.
