State Road 23 Closure Between Walkerton and Koontz Lake

ST. JOSEPH/STARKE COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces the closure of State Road 23, between Union Road and CR 900N, just south of Walkerton on Tuesday, May 6 through mid-June. Crews are replacing a small structure in the roadway.

A detour will take southbound SR 23 drivers west on U.S. 6, south on U.S. 35, east on U.S. 30, and back to SR 23. Northbound SR 23 traffic will be detoured west on U.S. 30, north on U.S. 35, east on U.S. 6, and back to SR 23.
