Michael Maggert from Niblock Excavating and Asphalt is announcing the first round of Phase II of the Plymouth Street Improvement Projects. Road construction will begin on Tuesday July 29, and will be completed by Monday August 4. During this time there will be temporary street closures in order to complete the necessary work.
The streets involved in this notification are:
Adams Street from Michigan to Water,
Water Street, from Adams to Garro,
Pennsylvania Avenue, from Michigan Street to Liberty, and
Liberty Street, from Jefferson Street to Pennsylvania Avenue.
After road construction is completed on August 4, there will be pavement marking activities as well as the installation of grass seed and sod. These activities will not require temporary closures. Traffic flow on these streets will not be affected by the pavement marking nor the seeding and sod activities.
