02/10/14 Riverside Intermediate School Principal, Jeni Hirschy is pleased to announce the continuation of Teachers Credit Union’s efforts to reward students and staff at her school.

Fifth and sixth graders at Riverside are asked to complete two Achieve3000 articles each week, completing the thought question and answering questions with a 75% accuracy is the expectation for Riverside students.  At the end of each quarter a drawing from the students who successfully completed the assigned tasks are entered into a drawing for two Kindles which are provided by TCU.  Mrs. Beth Styers from the Oak Drive Teachers Credit Union was on campus at Riverside recently to present the Kindle.   Winners for the second quarter were Lakeland Strain and Grant Witmer.

TCU and the administration of the Plymouth School Corporation realize how important attendance is to have children succeed.  When students and staff are present and on time each day, a star is posted by their name in their classroom.  At the end of each quarter, all those students and staff who have perfect attendance have their names put in a drawing.  TCU quarterly presents certificated to a teacher and students.  Mrs. Beth Styers came to Riverside to present certificates to: (Left to Right Front Row)Ivan Winkle and Arlette Aguilar

(Back Row) Mrs. Karen Fishbaugh, Kaylen Andrzejewski, Beth Styers (TCU) and Joseph Styers.
