On Sunday morning at 11:51 Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop in the 1,000 block of North Michigan Street on 28 year old Jorge T. Terrones of Plymouth. Torrones was known to be driving while suspended with a prior charge for the same offense. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond. Mr. Terrones was released later on Sunday after posting bond and was issued a September 9th Superior Court II date for his initial hearing.
