04/24/14 On Tuesday, April 22nd at 9:54 A.M. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman initiated a traffic stop on First Street between Adams and Jefferson Street on 24 year old Nathan A. Clark of Plymouth.

During the traffic stop Mr. Clark was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia along with driving while suspended with a prior Charge.  He was taken into custody. 

The passenger in the vehicle, 26 year old Casey J. Schoff of Plymouth was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.  The Division of Family Services was contacted to assist with a child that was in the vehicle.

With the help of Officer John Weir and K-9 partner Jax the methamphetamine was located.

Both Subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on $3,005 bonds each.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
