Plymouth High School students, Lexie Stein, Alli Dennie, Alaysha Jackson and Hanna Hopple participated in the annual Tri Kappa Easter Egg fundraiser last weekend.  The girls helped scoop peanut butter out for the famous chocolate covered eggs.

Each year the Beta Delta chapter of Plymouth’s women’s philanthropy group Tri Kappa sells these handmade eggs bring in nearly $10,000 that goes to local arts, charity and education.

Tri Kappa chocolate eggs come in mint, butter cream and peanut butter and are available at Sherwood Tire and Yoder’s Sports Center for $3 each piece. Nearly 90 women belong to this Indiana-only sorority in the Plymouth area alone and the egg sales make up nearly half of its operating budget.
