Arrested_handcuffIn March of this year the Plymouth Eagles Lodge filed a criminal case with the Plymouth Police Department regarding a theft. That led to a three month investigation that ended Wednesday evening with the arrest of 33 year old Brandon James VanVactor.
MugShot_Brandon VanvactorFrom the latter part of 2010 and through 2013 Mr. VanVactor was the secretary for the Eagles Lodge. At some point the lodge was having issues and had an audit completed on their accounts.
With this information and other details Plymouth Police arrested Brandon VanVactor for theft under $100,000, forgery, counterfeiting, and fraud. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail at 8:30 Wednesday night with a $5,005 cash bond and bonded out immediately.
