04/22/14 Saturday night about 9:15 officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth after the County 9-1-1 Dispatch Center received a call from the emergency department. The call was for an intoxicated male subject who was out of control.
Officer Ryan Richie arrived on scene and arrested 21 year old Matthew Linback of Walkerton. Linback was booked into the County Jail for Battery to Law Enforcement, Battery to a Health Care Worker, Resisting Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intox.
Mr. Linback’s bond was set at $1,505.
